1物質(zhì)人文環(huán)境
實(shí)訓(xùn)室物質(zhì)人文環(huán)境屬于硬件,是看得見、摸得著的,是學(xué)生生存和發(fā)展的前提和條件。包括實(shí)訓(xùn)室建筑風(fēng)格、裝修、裝飾、儀器設(shè)備的布置等。我們利用新校園建設(shè)的契機(jī),對(duì)護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)室的裝修、布局最大限度地按照工作環(huán)境要求設(shè)計(jì),也就是按照醫(yī)院病房設(shè)計(jì)病室、護(hù)士站、治療室等。空間的裝飾也要模仿醫(yī)院的真實(shí)場(chǎng)景,設(shè)備陳列盡量模擬病房,給學(xué)生以真實(shí)的感覺,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的角色意識(shí)。
2精神人文環(huán)境
人文精神主要體現(xiàn)在師生的價(jià)值取向、行為方式、道德規(guī)范等方面。我們?cè)趯?shí)訓(xùn)室建設(shè)中主要從校風(fēng)、教風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)、班風(fēng)、人際關(guān)系和集體輿論上設(shè)置符合護(hù)理專業(yè)職業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的運(yùn)行和管理模式。一方面采取名人名言、圖畫上墻來體現(xiàn)“立德立志,善學(xué)善能”的校園文化和“扶傷濟(jì)世,愛心、耐心、細(xì)心、責(zé)任心”的醫(yī)院文化[3];另一方面從學(xué)生禮儀、語言、服飾、溝通能力以及實(shí)訓(xùn)教師的真實(shí)工作情境的構(gòu)建出發(fā),盡可能按照醫(yī)院工作過程來組織實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)。在情景教學(xué)中,教師就像一位體貼入微的護(hù)士,呵護(hù)、關(guān)愛病人,學(xué)生的人文精神在模仿中得到提升。總之,要使學(xué)生一進(jìn)入實(shí)訓(xùn)中心,就能得到良好的精神熏陶。
3制度人文環(huán)境
制度人文環(huán)境是實(shí)訓(xùn)室的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,是實(shí)訓(xùn)室正常運(yùn)行的有力保障。為了使實(shí)訓(xùn)室安全、正常、可靠運(yùn)行,我們制訂了一系列實(shí)訓(xùn)室管理制度并懸掛在墻上,比如在進(jìn)門大廳懸掛“護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)室管理制度”,在實(shí)訓(xùn)室內(nèi)有各種實(shí)訓(xùn)操作規(guī)程。隨著各種制度的落實(shí)和推行,使護(hù)理專業(yè)學(xué)生的行為逐漸由他律變?yōu)樽月桑⒅饾u養(yǎng)成職業(yè)習(xí)慣,養(yǎng)成護(hù)理制度文化的自覺性。學(xué)生進(jìn)入臨床實(shí)訓(xùn)室的服飾、禮儀都有嚴(yán)格規(guī)定,實(shí)訓(xùn)室設(shè)有專門的穿衣鏡,保證學(xué)生著裝規(guī)范進(jìn)入實(shí)訓(xùn)室,大廳、走廊懸掛我校學(xué)生穿著各式護(hù)士裝的照片,增加了學(xué)生對(duì)白衣天使形象的好感,認(rèn)識(shí)到護(hù)士的形象是美麗的。每一實(shí)訓(xùn)操作均以案例形式出現(xiàn),配有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的操作前解釋、操作中指導(dǎo)、操作后囑托的規(guī)范語言。讓學(xué)生在這樣的規(guī)范流程中從不會(huì)到會(huì),從會(huì)到熟練,再到融會(huì)貫通,熟能生巧,有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的溝通能力,使學(xué)生在重復(fù)中形成習(xí)慣,最后變成一種內(nèi)化的職業(yè)習(xí)慣。

1.2.4園藝專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)教師被看成教輔人員,待遇偏低,教學(xué)的積極性受到了挫傷。部分園藝專業(yè)學(xué)生對(duì)參加實(shí)踐教學(xué)缺乏主動(dòng)性、積極性,隨便應(yīng)付,遲到、早退、缺席等現(xiàn)象屢見不鮮。

如今的學(xué)生都是從學(xué)校到學(xué)校,沒有太多的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),有些甚至對(duì)身邊的植物也知之甚少,但他們又想認(rèn)識(shí)更多花紅葉綠的植物,一堂植物學(xué)的"植物品種認(rèn)識(shí)"實(shí)訓(xùn)課,讓學(xué)生們?cè)谂d奮的狀態(tài)中,收獲了實(shí)用知識(shí),使一些連羅漢松與桂花樹也分不清的學(xué)生,認(rèn)識(shí)了起碼50種以上的植物。同樣地,我們利用校園綠化資源安排的 "花卉品種的認(rèn)識(shí)"和"插花技巧"訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目,融入理論教學(xué)的內(nèi)容,使學(xué)生在實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練的同時(shí),收獲了實(shí)用知識(shí),學(xué)生也能一直以積極的態(tài)度參與,全然沒有厭學(xué)的表現(xiàn)。
